Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrackGov, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 (older where local law requires). You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant TrackGov a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it to operate the service. You're responsible for its legality. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

Don't:

  • Manipulate voting or create multiple accounts.
  • Spam, scrape, or run automated content.
  • Defame, harass, threaten, or doxx people named in public records. A name appearing in a public record is not consent to be attacked.
  • Use TrackGov to surveil, intimidate, or commercially profile individuals named in public-record listings.

5. Reporting and Takedowns

Every comment has a Report option. Reports go to a moderation queue reviewed within 72 hours; violating comments are removed.

If you appear on TrackGov in a public record and content on that page harms you, email admin@trackgov.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days. For listings the source authority doesn't open to public participation, removal is the default.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or create legal risk. You may delete your account in Settings at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

TrackGov is provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for service interruptions, or for the accuracy of content posted by users or sourced from public records (the originating authority remains authoritative). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use is acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.
