Summary

Amends the: Customs Act 1901 to: rename the Anti-Dumping Commission to the Australian Trade Remedies Commission; and transfer responsibility for safeguard inquiries from the Productivity Commission to the renamed Australian Trade Remedies Commission; and Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 to make consequential amendments.
