Amends the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, Social Security Act 1991 and Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 to exempt settlement payments made to members of the Knox & Anor v Commonwealth of Australia & Ors class action from Commonwealth compensation recovery and income testing provisions that would ordinarily apply to lump sum compensation payments.
