Nursing Board questions - notifications, including antisemitism and islamophobia

Question

1. What oversight and/or advice and/or sign off does AHPRA provide to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with regard to complaints made about practitioners registered under AHPRA? 2. Since 1 October 2023 has AHPRA signed off on any determinations by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with regard to complaints about (a) Islamophobia and (b) antisemitism: if so, how many? 3. Is AHPRA confident that all findings of Islamophobia and antisemitism made by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia meet its guidelines and standards? 4. Has AHPRA provided training to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with regard to antisemitism, islamophobia and handling of vexatious complaints? 5. When was the last time that AHPRA audited findings against practitioners by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia to ensure that these findings meet its standards? 6. Would AHPRA reverse findings in instances where it did not believe it met its standards? 7. How many findings of (a) Islamophobia and (b) antisemitism were made by the Nursing and Midwifery Board since 1 October 2023? 8. Are these included in AHPRA's overall numbers of complaints on Islamophobia and Antisemitism since 1 October 2023: if not, then can AHPRA provide a separate list of findings of Antisemitism and Islamophobia by the Nursing and Midwifery Board including details of the complaints, any deidentified screenshots of social media posts by the accused, and the actions that were taken against the accused?
