On private health insurance: 1. What proportion of people estimated to drop their cover as a result of the Private Health Insurance rebate change are full age pensioners and what proportion are part age pensioners 2. What is the average expected increase in out-of-pocket premium for people with Gold coverage? 3. What number of people are modelled to decrease their coverage from Gold to Silver coverage as a result of the rebate change?
