Question

In response to a question on notice asked during AE25-26 with portfolio question number F035, the Digital Transformation Agency lists the Australian National Preventative Health Agency as failing to have complied with the requirement to appoint an AI accountable official under the policy for the responsible use of AI in government. DHDA's 2024-25 Annual report says ''[a]s at 30 June 2025, ANPHA had no debts and no employees.'' ANPHA was brought within the CDC's remit upon the latter's establishment. 1. Does ANPHA still have no employees? 2. What communication has the department had with DTA on ANPHA's noncompliance? Provide all emails and like communications.
