1. What are the key reforms to the delivery of hospital services contained in the National Health Reform Agreement 2. What specific measures and KPIs are contained in the NHRA that relate to these outcomes? 3. Are these financially or legally binding on the States and Territories? 4. What are the consequences if these KPIs are not met? 5. Are there any specific measures around improvement in health equity across rural, regional and remote Australians? If so, please provide details 6. What are the specific goals on improving health outcomes for rural, regional and remote Australia under the NHRA? 7. Does the Government see a specific role for Schedule F in driving improvements to state and territory patient transport schemes to ensure genuine equity of access to specialised care? 8. What does specific success look like in relation to public health outcomes under this agreement? 9. Will the NHRA be subject to a mid-term review?
