? Women report ongoing challenges and cost getting a diagnosis of Asherman's, either via hysteroscopy or saline infused sonography (cost of approx $750 with minimal medicare rebate). Is it correct that neither of these services are offered in the pelvic pain clinics? ? Women report even greater challenges with getting Asherman's syndrome scarring treated - noting that surgical treatment is required to remove the adhesions.
