1. Who will provide Thriving Kids services to children and families on Norfolk Island as part of the NDIS reforms? 2. Which jurisdiction will Norfolk Island be treated as for the purposes of Thriving Kids funding, service planning, delivery and accountability? 3. Will Thriving Kids services be delivered on-island, by fly-in/fly-out providers, through telehealth, through NIHRACS, through a state government partner, or through another provider? 4. How many Norfolk Island children are expected to be supported through Thriving Kids supports? 5. What funding has been allocated for Thriving Kids services on Norfolk Island, and for what period? 6. How will the Australian Government ensure that Norfolk Island children do not lose access to support during the transition from NDIS arrangements to Thriving Kids or other foundational supports? 7. What consultation has occurred with Norfolk Island families, health providers, disability providers, schools and community organisations about Thriving Kids?
