1. How many times has the department/agency met with the Minister or their office (specify which) to discuss outcomes of the submission to the Economic Reform Roundtable, since the submission was provided? Please provide a list with the number of meetings by the Minister or their office, and the date of the first meeting with each Minister or their office. 2. Since 21 August 2025, how many briefs has the department/agency provided to the Minister or their office (specify which) on matters relating to the Economic Reform Roundtable submission? Please provide a list with the number of briefs for each Minister or their office, and the date of the first provided brief. 3. Has the department/agency consulted with any external stakeholders regarding recommendations contained in its submission to the Economic Reform Roundtable since it was lodged? a. Please provide a list of all stakeholder meetings, including dates and attendees. b. Has the Department/Agency received representations from industry groups, unions, advocacy groups or other interested parties regarding recommendations in its submission? 4.
