Provision and turnaround of Ministerial Briefs since 1 January 2026 to 2 June 2026 - Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority

Question

1. Since 1 January 2026, has the Department/Agency been provided with advice or a direction on a minimum turnaround time for consideration of briefs by the Minister? If so, when was this advice provided to the Department? Please provide the minimum turnaround requirement. If there has been a change in a previously set minimum turnaround requirement, please provide: 1. the previous turnaround requirement; and 2. the date the change was requested. 7. How many briefs has the Department/agency provided to each Minister in its portfolio since 1 January 2026? Please provide a list with the number of briefs for each Minister, and the date of the first provided brief. How many briefs have been returned to the Department for redraft since 1 January 2026? Please provide a list with the number of briefs for each Minister, and the dates of the return of briefs to the Department.
