Question

Senator ASKEW: I was going to ask how they'd changed year on year over the last five years, but even there you can see that there's obviously been quite a substantial increase. What is the NDIA's rate of success at the tribunal over the last five years? Do you have that sort of result?...Affirmed? So what you had taken to the tribunal was agreed?...If you could give me those percentages, not just for the last quarter but for the last five years as well, that would be really good. Mr Swainson: Yes. We'll try to get the full figures over the last five years. Senator ASKEW: Some of it might need to be taken on notice if you can't do that, but whatever you can get today would be good.
