Senator ASKEW: There's a lot of cost attached to that, including summonses and seeking that extra evidence. Can you provide details on how much was spent on legal costs, by the NDIA, on these matters over those last five years as well? Mr Swainson: I have some information in my pack on- Senator ASKEW: What have you got now? Mr Swainson: legal cost. I'll give you what I have available. Senator ASKEW: Would that include the cost to do the extra subpoenas or the extra medical or the referral to the independent medical specialists and things like that or is it just- Mr Swainson: Yes. Let me just check my pack, whether that is broken down to that level, between legal costs and medical costs. If it's not, I think it's something that we can endeavour to provide. Senator ASKEW: That would be great.
