Senator ASKEW: Do you know the percentage of how many of them are actually implemented or upheld-the request is actually granted? Mr McNaughton: What we do- Senator ASKEW: The ones that are outside the 21 days. Mr McNaughton: If they've gone to our section 100, our affirmation rate-our confirmation rate of section 100s is quite high, in the 80s, but I'll get the team to check that for me. About 80 per cent of our decisions are affirmed at section 100. Of those that aren't, as Mr Swainson said earlier, it's often where we've got new information presented at that period of time. But it's quite a high affirmation rate at section 100.
