Question

Senator ASKEW: In your system, is that recorded separately that it's a check-in call and, if it then proceeds to a plan review, that's noted in there? Is there some way that you can give us the stats on how many times that would happen in, say, the last two years-that a check-in call has been made and then it's turned into a plan renewal-and what the outcome is? Because the feedback that we've been seeing is that they're getting a funding reduction as a result of it. So I'd be interested to know if that's the case. Mr McNaughton: Let me take it on notice. I know I can definitely give you the number of check-ins we conduct, which is quite considerable-in the thousands each week. I'll have to take on notice whether there's a correlation between check-ins and plan reassessments, so let me take that on notice.
