11. Is the NDIA or the Commission planning to expand the use of AI within the NDIA to other domains and areas? 13. When was the last time the NDIA/Commission reviewed its AI usage policy? 14. Has the NDIA/Commission formally appointed a Chief AI Officer (CAIO)? a. If yes, when were they appointed? b. What is their remuneration? 18. What safeguards are being implemented to ensure AI-generate outputs do not contribute to automated or flawed decision-making? 19. What measurable productivity gains or service delivery improvements has the NDIA/Commission identified from GovAI trials to date, and what evidence supports those claims? 20. What accountability mechanisms exist where a CAIO endorses or oversees an AI system that produces incorrect, biased, unlawful, or harmful outputs affecting Australians, especially some of our most vulnerable Australians, who are on the NDIS?
