NDIS Participants - Electorate
Question
Senator RUSTON: Could I just see if we could get some data-it's fine if we need to take it on notice. Do we have data that allows us to know participants per electorate? Mr Head: We do have some information on that question. I think the answer is yes, and this relates to some of the questions that Senator Askew provided beforehand. Our people, as I understand it, are working diligently through that. That is a lot of material. Senator RUSTON: So it's not a dataset where you push a button and there it is? Mr Head: That's as I understand it. But we are working to respond to that. Mr Gifford may have some additional information. Mr Gifford: We wouldn't typically produce data at the electorate level, but, in response to Senator Askew's questions, I think there's a document that has been tabled. Mr Head: It's still being collated. Senator RUSTON: It would also be interesting to understand-I'm sorry; I probably should have read your letter, Wendy-the average funding per participant per electorate on a year-on-year basis. Mr Gifford: I believe that was part of that request as well, yes. Senator RUSTON: We'd also be keen to understand the number of plan assessments that have been conducted and the number of times the plan assessment has actually resulted in a reduction in the plan over that period of time. Mr Gifford: Just to clarify, you're asking for that per electorate? Senator RUSTON: Yes. Once you're in the electorate, you might as well get all the data...
