Personal and Environmental Circumstances Questionnaire - Feedback
Question
Senator STEELE-JOHN: And just to be clear: were those 290 participants explicitly asked for their feedback on the process and on their experience? Mr Verlin: I couldn't categorically say every single one of the 290 was specifically asked. I would have to check the volume of how many. We have a standard survey that happens and answers a range of questions. I would just need to check whether that happened for the very first person. I wouldn't want to say it occurred for every single one of those participants. Senator STEELE-JOHN: You're not sure whether all 290 have got the survey that's sent out, but is the data that you've got so far from that survey contained within the insights report? Mr Verlin: It is, yes. Senator STEELE-JOHN: Is all of the feedback from those surveys in the insights report? Mr Verlin: It's a summary of the insights. There was very similar feedback that was captured, so it's more the consistent themes that we had heard and then consistent themes that we had heard directly from the assessor. Senator STEELE-JOHN: Are you able to take on notice to provide us with the-de-identified, of course-raw feedback from those survey results to this point? Mr Verlin: We'll certainly have a look at what we can provide. Senator STEELE-JOHN: Because we have an opportunity to get a snapshot of where we are now before we further expand the process.
