Question

Senator STEELE-JOHN: ...My office will endeavour to provide you with tangible examples of the dynamics we were describing earlier today, but I also wouldn't be surprised if you've had this feedback through similar DRO frameworks that participants are coming to the agency confused about what the current state of play is. Can I ask you to engage with your complaints team and provide to the committee any data that you have about complaints relating to communication around social and community participation? Mr Head: I'm very happy to do that. This is a general point rather than a point in relation to this specific communication, but, as part of the work that Mr Verlin talked about earlier, we are doing more direct communication with participants around changes in the scheme, and I'm looking at how we can do that in a somewhat more timely way than the systems have allowed us to do that in the past.
