Question

Mr McNaughton: Yes, we are recruiting support needs assessors. Some of those will be internally recruited. We'll also go to market to recruit some external support needs assessors. We may also talk to some of our existing partners in the community to see if they have suitably qualified people who may also be support needs assessors into the future. Senator STEELE-JOHN: I've seen an email from a recruiter that says: 'We are immediately recruiting multiples nationwide'-I think there's a typo there-'for a leading federal government agency, with contracts running from July 2026 to December 2026. In this role, you'll work directly with participants to assess their support needs, and you'll help to ensure they receive the right services in a respectful and evidence based way.' Is the 'federal government' referenced there the NDIA? Mr McNaughton: I would have to take that on notice, but we are in the market. I can only speculate that it is us, but I'll take that on notice and confirm it. We are in the market with recruitment firms to do that work.
