Question

Senator STEELE-JOHN: No, not the new assessors-just the existing frontline team. Have you got a breakdown for us of that? Of the 3,608, how many are within the new planning team, as in the team of planners that deals with new plans, with the KPI- Mr McNaughton: We'd have to take that on notice because we will move those resources around, depending on what the pipeline of first plans is. Depending on how many access decisions are made and how many staff we have to have in first planning teams, we will adjust that from week to week. Senator STEELE-JOHN: Alright. We've got the previous financial year, where you told us we've got 3,608. Could you take on notice a breakdown of that number, of how many were in your various planning teams. Mr McNaughton: We'll have to give you averages because it's not a- Senator STEELE-JOHN: A static figure. Mr McNaughton: It's not a static figure. Then, if you could give it to us for the financial year to date so that we can see what the average was then and what the average is now, that would be perfect, thank you. I don't have many more on these. The KPI for the new planning team, Mr McNaughton, with full plan outcomes being your average over a-it's a four-week period, did you say? Mr McNaughton: Yes, we do rolling four-week periods. Senator STEELE-JOHN: When was that KPI set? Mr McNaughton: I'll get the exact date for you. It was about this time last year, maybe a little bit earlier, but I'll get the date for you.
