3. As of 1 June 2026, how many NDIS participants were in hospital, broken down by state? a. Of these, how many have been deemed medically ready for discharge, broken down by state? b. Since 1 February 2026 until 1 June 2026, broken down by month: i. What percentage of hospitalised NDIS participants were contacted by the NDIA within 4 days of the NDIA being notified of the participant's hospital admission? ii. What percentage of new NDIS plans for a hospitalised participant were approved within 30 days of the NDIA being notified of the participant's hospital admission? iii. What was the average number of days between a participant being deemed as medically ready for discharge and being discharged?
