4. How many participants exited the scheme due to mortality in the period from 1 February 2026 to 1 June 2026, broken down by month? a. How many of these participants were within a review process for a reviewable decision at the time of death, broken down by month? b. How many of these participants had cases before the ART at the time of death, broken down by month?
