Use of Evidence in Internal Reviews 1. What requirements exist for NDIA decision-makers to consider and explicitly address all evidence provided by participants, including Functional Capacity Assessments and treating practitioner reports? 2. How does the NDIA ensure that all submitted evidence is properly recorded, assessed, and referred to in internal review decisions? 3. In cases where treating practitioner evidence is not accepted, is the NDIA required to provide reasons for rejecting that evidence? If so, how is this requirement enforced? 4. What quality assurance processes are in place to identify and correct internal review decisions that fail to engage with relevant evidence?
