Risk and Outcomes 1. What assessment has the NDIA undertaken of the risks associated with removing or reducing essential supports during review periods? 2. Has the NDIA collected data on adverse outcomes associated with support reductions, including: 3. serious injury 4. hospitalisation 5. death 6. neglect 7. homelessness 8. carer breakdown 9. entry into residential aged care or disability accommodation 10. If so, please provide this data, disaggregated by type of support removed and duration of review period.
