Accountability and Oversight 1. Given that ministers and elected representatives state they cannot intervene in individual NDIS cases, who is responsible for ensuring participant safety where essential supports are removed and a review is underway? 2. What independent oversight or escalation pathways exist to intervene in cases where participants are at immediate risk of serious harm due to NDIA decisions?
