In response to SQ26-001241 of AE25-26, the agency said ''OIGAC misunderstood the question and had answered with the assumption that our Inspector General, as our agency Accountable Authority, had over-arching AO responsibility for AI.'' 1. Does OIGAC often misunderstand questions asked of it in Senate Estimates? 2. Is it the case that the agency misinformed the committee in its answer to OIGAC SQ25-003061? 3. On what date did OIGAC appoint an AO?
