Question

Mr Carracher: Of the risks that we assess against, serious significant impact on safety and wellbeing and human rights is one criteria. We look at contraventions-breaches-of legislation and rules. Then there's the priority strategic strategy that we're looking at, which depends on if there are matters that we are considering. For example, in the last 12 months we've been looking at meal-time management and dysphagia matters, where participants have been at high risk, and those sorts of things will be also drawn out through that assessment. Senator STEELE-JOHN: So what you've told us is that, in that 11,000, none of the complaints are in the first category? Mr Carracher: I'll take that on notice, but my understanding of the process is that that's the assessment
