Assistance for Ukrainian Nationals

Question

1. Is the Department of Social Services aware of the Ukrainian nationals who were former subclass 786 holders and migrated to other visas who are ineligible for the Qualifying Residence Exemption despite having entered Australia under a humanitarian programme? 2. Has the Department of Social Services been requested by the Minister of Social Services to undertake any analysis expanding the list of visas in section 25 of The Social Security Act 1991 to include Ukrainian nationals who were former subclass 786 holders? If so, what advice was provided and what date did this occur?
