Question

Misidentification of victim-survivors as perpetrators is a recognised problem in family and domestic violence situations, particularly for First Nations women. What work is DSS doing about this issue? Do you expect the Second Action Plan to explicitly address misidentification? Will the Action Plan under Our Ways, Strong Ways, Our Voices address misidentification?
