How are young people being consulted on the Second Action Plan? The National Plan aims to better recognise children as victims in their own right and listen to their voices. How will the Second Action Plan ensure that children's disclosures are heard and responded to across family violence, child protection and family law systems? Has DSS been consulted by AGD on proposed reforms to accreditation of Family Report Writers and how children's evidence is presented in family law proceedings? Will the Second Action Plan include activities to better integrate and share information between family law matters, child protection, and family violence services to ensure children are protected?
