1. Provide the list of services that operate under this activity of the First Action Plan, including the funding that has been attributed to each by the Department. 2. According to the First Action Plan 2023-2027 Activities Addendum Update 2025, the project is "expected to be delivered by 30 June 2028". Can the Department confirm whether this is still the projected timeline. 3. What processes have been established to incorporate data collected from community-led data capture initiatives, into the broader national database?
