Question

1. According to the First Action Plan 2023-2027 Activities Addendum Update 2025, "Version 1.0 of the FDSV Integrated Data System is due for completion by mid-2026". Has Version 1.0 been completed? a. Can the Department detail the amount of funding that was allocated to AIHW for the delivery of Version 1.0 of the FDSV IDS. 2. How many people does the FDSV IDS represent as it currently stands? (Noting that the AIHW's last update from October 2025 stated that it represented 760,000 individuals.) 3. Has the AIHW provided the government with its recommendations report to outline how to establish the FDSV IDS on an enduring basis? a. If not, when is the recommendations report expected? 4. In Estimates, Department officials provided an expected completion date for the project as "mid-June". Can the Department confirm that this timeline has been met? a. If not, can the Department provide an updated timeline for total delivery of the project in MM/YYYY format? b. What was the original timeline for the project's completion, in 2023? i. If it has been amended, provide the date(s) that the timeline was amended on.
