Senator RUSTON: Thanks. How recently was the department's FOI policy reviewed? Ms Worswick: I would need to take that on notice. I can't remember. Senator RUSTON: Could you just let me know when it was and whether any action was taken as a result of that review. Is your FOI policy a matter of public record? Ms Worswick: I think we have something- Senator RUSTON: If it is on the website, that's absolutely fine, but, if not, could you provide a copy of your FOI policy.
