Senator RUSTON: Yes, okay. I'm just moving on to parenting payment, partnered and single. Again, can I have data broken down by electorate and by citizenship status to the degree that you're able. Over the past five years, have you looked at the earnings data of recipients to determine whether more or fewer recipients of both those parenting payments have earnings? Have we seen a change in a trend in terms of earnings? Mr Flavel: I don't think so. I don't think that we've looked closely recently, but it's certainly been the case- for parenting payment single, around 38 per cent of people report earnings in any fortnight, compared to JobSeeker, for instance, where that number's historically been around 20. That 38 per cent or around that 40 per cent is probably around the long-term trend for parenting payment single. Senator RUSTON: What about for partnered? Mr Flavel: Partnered is much lower. It has earnings at 14 per cent, which is probably intuitively because if somebody's partnered, they may have a lesser need to-
