International Social Security Agreements - Disability Support Pension (Blind)

Senator RUSTON: Could you let us know how many in this particular category of DSP are being paid under an international agreement? Do the same portability arrangements apply to DSP blind as to DSP, given they're the same- Mr Flavel: I'm not aware that they apply in a differential way. It's simply, as you said, the legacy issue around the means testing of people who qualify as blind.
