Senator ASKEW: [...] How many people have accessed the crisis payment this financial year? Mr Flavel: As at the end of March, there were 82,910 grants of crisis payment-between 1 July and 31 March. Senator ASKEW: That's nine months, okay. Are you able to provide the demographic data for this payment? Mr Flavel: It depends on what you mean by demographic data. Senator ASKEW: I'd like a gender breakdown, age, state-by-state breakdown of recipients and, if possible, citizenship and visa status of claimants. Mr Flavel: We'll see what we can provide.
