Question

Senator RUSTON: In a more general sense, once a survivor's application has been concluded to the extent that they have received their payment or they've gone on a payment plan, do you ever receive complaints post finalisation of the claim? Mr Lovelock: We do. I don't have the detail in terms of the specific numbers. I'd be happy to provide that on notice. It will, in general terms, though, the majority of our complaints really go to timeliness and the fact that it is taking longer than reasonably a survivor would like for an outcome to be delivered.
