Senator RUSTON: Have any of the applicants that have sought review made applications that have been refused on ineligibility grounds and then been reinstated? Can you provide us with the number of applicants who accessed the scheme's free legal advice service and the free financial counselling service? Mr Lovelock: I don't know that we have that data with us, but I'm happy to provide that on notice.
