Question

Senator RUSTON: What is the original timeline for the completion of this project? Ms Lutz: I don't think I've got the timeline with me. I will need to take what the original timeline was on notice. Senator RUSTON: Do you want me to run through the questions? I'm more than happy for you to take them on notice. Ms Lutz: Yes. Senator RUSTON: I'm interested in the original timeline of the project. The latest information provided by the department said that it was expected to be launched in early 2026. We're now in mid-2026 and I can't find it being launched. I'd be keen to know, if it hasn't been launched, when the revised date is and the reasons behind the delay. I'm also interested to understand when phase 1 of the project commenced, including commencement dates of the following stages of the project development, what they originally were and what they are now. I'd be keen to understand when No to Violence was selected to deliver the project. Was it an open tender? How long was the procurement process? How many tenderers were there? What metrics were used to identify successful developers? Was No to Violence the highest rated amongst them? What was the value of the contract awarded to No to Violence for the delivery? When did No to Violence go to tender for the web developer to develop the project? How long was the tender process? How many tenderers were there? What metrics were used to identify the successful developer and was the successful developer the highest rated amongst them? Has the user testing of the website design concluded? If not, when is it expected to be concluded? Ms McKenzie: We will take all of that on notice. We need to go to No to Violence. The second question that you asked, in that list, we can answer, which is that it is now live. Senator RUSTON: Great. When did it go live? Ms McKenzie: A couple of weeks ago. Ms Lutz: Quite recently. Senator RUSTON: You said four weeks ago? Ms McKenzie: We'll come back with a date. It was recently.
