Senator RUSTON: Just to serve as a bit of housekeeping in terms of understanding the processes here, under what circumstances would a recipient be placed on a payment structure? Would that only be at their own request? Mr Lovelock: Yes. In consulting with the applicant on delivery of an outcome payment, we would discuss, where they elected to do so, partial payment over a period of time. Senator RUSTON: How often does that occur? Mr Lovelock: We don't have that data. I certainly can provide that.
