Question

1. Does the Department have any current or past relationships, including advertising, sponsorship, donation, partnership, strategic partnership, grant arrangement, co-branded promotion, educational outreach initiative, STEM partnership, school engagement program, curriculum-linked activity, research partnership, or event sponsorship, with fossil fuel companies or fossil fuel industry bodies? Please include: ? programs involving schools, universities, TAFEs, teachers, students, or youth engagement ? industry-sponsored STEM or careers initiatives ? carbon capture and storage (CCS) education or outreach programs ? resources or educational content distributed to schools or educational institutions ? partnerships administered through portfolio agencies, statutory authorities, publicly funded entities, or grant recipients overseen by the Department. 2. If yes, for each arrangement please provide: ? company or industry body name (and ABN/parent entity if relevant) ? entity/program involved ? type of arrangement ? educational or youth-facing component of the arrangement ? start date (month/year) ? end date/term and any extension options ? total value (cash and estimated in-kind) by financial year and overall total value ? whether the Department assessed potential conflicts of interest, reputational risks, or influence risks associated with industry involvement in educational or youth-facing activities ? copies of agreements, memoranda of understanding, briefing notes, risk assessments, communications strategies, or evaluation documents relating to these arrangements. 3. Has the Department developed any internal guidance, policy, or risk assessment framework regarding fossil fuel industry involvement in educational materials, STEM initiatives, school engagement activities, or youth-facing programs?
