1. Draft CBP guidance was released for consultation with a deadline of 2 February 2026. a. Has that consultation now concluded? b. What were the findings? c. Have the CBP rules now been formal made as a legislative instrument. If not, when? 2. Have CBPs been applied to the Solar Sunshot program; the Hydrogen Production Tax incentive: the Critical Minerals Production Tax Incentive; the Batter Breakthrough Initiative a. If none, in what sense are these programs operating under FMIA Act's accountability framework? 3. Is any monitoring occurring surrounding CBP compliance across programs administered by other departments (ARENA, DCCEEW) given the Minister's own Question Time Brief Confirms overall responsibility? 4. Has any funding been returned or clawed back from a program because CBPs were not met?
