1. BP1 Statement 3 (p.90) and BP2 (p.47) confirm the Government is cutting $1.3 billion from Battery Breakthrough, Solar Sunshot and Hydrogen Headstart Round 2 - three programs the government describes as flagship FMIA Net Zero initiatives. BP2 (p.47) explicitly states the savings flow to the DISR portfolio. a. Were any of those cuts subject to a Sector Assessment before the decision was made, or b. were they cut without a reference to the framework that is supposed to determine net zero priorities?
