1. Does the following comment from Minister Bowen remain the Government's position? a.Minister Bowen: ''This policy applies to the spot market and uncontracted gas, i.e. when foundational contracts comes off and the contract has run its course and the company seeks to enter into new contract, that's when this policy will apply.''
