Question

1. Is the government's position that it wants ''no new gas supply projects''? Isn't it the case it simply wants to divert Qld gas to NSW and Victoria, and it isn't interested in developing any new gas projects? 2. Commonwealth's scheme and the WA scheme, is this not going to further distort the market? 3. Won't this distortion further cripple investment on the east coast of Australia? 4. What modelling was done to come to the 20 per cent number and its impact will it have on supply and price?
