Question

1. On Maximum Annual Accrual - Can DISR explain how the ''accrual of the domestic supply obligation'' will work? 2. If an LNG exporter is allowed to export volumes under the domestic supply obligation that are surplus to domestic requirements, these ''released'' volumes will accrue and become an ongoing liability for the exporter to manage? 3. How long can an LNG exporter accrue ''released'' volumes before they must be reinjected into the domestic market? 4. What modelling has the department done to quantify the additional volumes that could enter the domestic market when those accrued domestic supply obligations must be acquitted?
