CSIRO programs of research

''It is our understanding that nearly a fifth (19%) of CSIRO Programs of Research are not progressing (although we do note it is possible some activities may be reallocated). Is it our understanding that programs of research not progressing include: Increasing healthy years of life Carbon management technologies Climate intelligence and advice Unlocking net zero Waste Valuing and restoring biodiversity, nature and healthy ecosystems 1. Can you please confirm if the above details are correct in relation to programs of research ending? Are any other Programs of Research being discontinued in addition to those listed above? 2. Can you please provide an itemised list of all specific research projects which will be concluding as part of these changes to Programs of Research being progressed by the CSIRO? 3. Will affected research projects which are currently active (IE not completed) be allowed to conclude as per planned, or will they be wound up and not able to be seen through to their end?''
