ABS - Clarification on AI deadline reporting
Question
On page 14 of order for the production of documents number 468, an email from the ABS has been published, claiming the ABS had been misrepresented in question F035 of AE25-26 as not having met the deadline for appointing an AI accountable official by the deadline. In the version of F035 initially published to the APH website, the ABS is not listed as one of the agencies which failed to meet the deadline. 1. Why did the ABS believe it had been misrepresented? 2. Did the ABS receive a response from DTA?
