Question

1. Has the ACNC received any advice from other agencies about the need to review Australian-registered organisations where there is credible evidence of fundraising for settlement activity or other unlawful conduct in the occupied Palestinian territory? 2. What work, if any, is underway on charitable status, tax deductibility or financial flows linked to unlawful settlement activity in the Occupied Territories?
